A Buzz-Worthy Friday Morning
Our small team has been making it a habit to get out of the office once every so often to explore something interesting that's happening in Charleston. We call it Field-Trip Fridays and we're always eager to learn something new.
Recently, we visited the Counter Culture Coffee Training Center on Spring Street for their one of their Tastings at Ten, a free series that educates folks about coffee brew methods, bean origins, and flavor profiles.
During the event, you'll sniff, you'll slurp, you'll share; if you're lucky, Eater Charleston might be there to capture your experience (which just so happened to be the case for us). We left feeling buzzed and a bit more enlightened about the nuances of coffee.
