Wrapped with a Bow: Cyber Monday meets Makers Monday

Cyber Monday is getting a makeover this year.

Our friends at Brackish Bow Ties are putting their own spin on Cyber Monday 2017. We'll celebrate with them this year as they launch their very first Makers Monday. Brackish will include a select gift by one of eight Charleston small businesses with any online purchase over $165.

The Grey Wolf Brackish Bow Tie and Wally Bifold make a truly handsome pair.

These painstakingly hand-crafted feather bow ties take hours to make. Not only are their bow ties breathtaking, every wooden box is branded with actual fire. It's no surprise they've become popular among A-listers, including Charleston's own Bill Murray.

On Makers Monday, every couple of hours the featured freebie will change. Wally Bifold will be featured from 4-6 pm on Monday, November 27th.

We highly recommend choosing Brackish for a gift (or for your own wishlist) this holiday season. If you miss the window for a free Wally, Maker Monday will bring other gifts a'plenty: The other talented brands you'll find tied up in a Brackish bow are Rewined Candles, Jack Rudy Cocktail Co., Goldbug, Suite 33, Candy Shop Vintage, Christina Jervey, and Hart Studio.

The artisan approach of Ben Ross, Jeff Plotner, and their dedicated team is especially inspiring:

"Brackish is redefining tradition while crafting memorable yet personal pieces for the modern man's closet... Every tie is handcrafted locally in South Carolina by a team of 50 artisans and production assistants. And because every single feather is hand selected, no 2 Brackish bow ties are exactly alike. Every tie is a sustainable work of art." - Brackish Bow Ties

Brackish Bow Ties are made in Charleston

We're thrilled and honored to be in such good company– season's greetings and earnest salute to the many makers we admire all year round, and especially on Small Business Saturday.
