International Shipping FAQ

International (Outside of US) Shipping - From China
Your shipment may incur an import tax or customs duty. These fees are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Be alert for delivery notifications from your customs office! If duties are due and not collected, your package is returned to us and your order will be canceled.
  • Standard International (6-15 days, depending on location)
  • You should see an estimated time when calculating the shipping rate in your cart. Tracking from our China warehouse will be delayed until the package enters your country's delivery service.
NOTICE: Packages sent using an international mail-forwarding service are not guaranteed beyond delivery to the service's address. Distil Union will not replace undelivered packages that are sent via a forwarding service. Instead, please consider using a trackable, insured service such as FedEx or USPS Priority International.
